Invitation not received message
Question: I have owner access to all of our BigCommerce stores (sandboxes and prod). StagingPro is installed in the production store and I can see the StagingPro dashboard. I have created a repo in the companies github repo as described in the documents.
I added the stagingpro user, but when I paste the url in BigCommerce, I get invite not received message as shown below:
